Engr. Wisam Mohsin Yaseen S.I
PARTNER MANAGER & CHIEF SENIOR ARCHITECT
Wisam El Essa received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Architecture from University Of Mosul in 1990 and 2002 respectively. Before establishing W&M Engineering, Wisam was a founder member of Access Engineering in Dubai 1998-2001.
At W&M engineering consultancy, since 2004, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, he has designed & managed most W&M firm architectural works, ranging from residential, commercial, healthcare, banks, hotels, offices, industrial & many other project and proposals types. During his long career, architects Wisam involved in initial concept and detailed design, looking for designing creative projects, with an enthusiasm in finding harmony between architectural and structural aspect of his design standing on solid knowledge in both fields and supported by team work methodologies.
Dr. Omar Qaftan
SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Omar Qaftan earned his Post Graduate degree from University of Salford, UK in 2019. He received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Civil Engineering focused in Geotechnical from University of Technology-Baghdad in 2001 and 2004 respectively. He was also a dynamic lecturer at the University of Salford, UK from 2017-2019.
He joined the firm as Structural Design Engineer in 2005. Currently, he is the Branch Manager and Senior Structural Engineer in Iraq office. His areas of experience include structural design for different kinds of building from simple low rise building up to complex high-rise building, CAD drafting, project planning and management, site supervision, evaluation and preparation of tender documents, alteration and renovation design.
His publications include the Experimental Simulation of Soil Boundary Condition for Dynamic (2017), Experimental & Numerical Simulation of Soil Boundary Conditions under dynamic effect. (2018) among others.
Engr. Mohammed G.
PARTNER AND GENERAL MANAGER- SAUDI ARABIA BRANCH
Mohammed received a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Nottingham Trent University - UK.
He received his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Derby - UK.
He is an accomplished General Manager skilled in strategic leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Proven track record of delivering Billion Riyal projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. Expertise in driving cross-functional teams to achieve objectives on time and within budget. He applies strategic vision and leadership abilities for transformative initiatives and organizational success.
Engr. Athil ABD
BRANCH MANAGER - ABU DHABI BRANCH
Athil received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University Of Mosul in 1990.
He joined the firm as Senior Architect and Projects Manager in 2015. Currently, he is the acting Branch Manager in Abu Dhabi office.
He has overseen the design and construction of numerous projects in Abu Dhabi and Iraq.
Notable projects include Three Residential Towers (2B+G+12) located in Family Land, Erbil-Iraq where he managed all aspects of construction projects including interior and architecture design, acquiring permits, and overseeing field operations.
Engr. Rafe A.J
PROJECTS MANAGER AND SENIOR ARCHITECT
Rafe received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University Of Mosul in 1991.
He joined the firm as Senior Architect in 2005 and later as Projects Manager.
With over 30 years of experience, he has been closely involved in both the design and construction of both residential and mixed-use building projects throughout Dubai. He has proven track record directing project-wide operations, negotiating contracts, controlling expenses, and boosting efficiency and productivity.
Recent projects include on-site construction supervision for the AED 21 million luxury villa located in Dubai.
Engr. Oday K.S
PROJECTS MANAGER AND SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Oday received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Mosul in 2004.
He joined the firm as Project Manager and Senior Interior Designer in 2005.
He has extensive experience managing multiple construction projects with a successful background in planning, directing and coordinating building activities.
Recent projects include on-site construction supervision for the AED 33 million residential building located in Dubai where he managed all aspects of construction projects including interior and architecture design, material selection, specifications, acquiring permits, and overseeing field operations.
Engr. Hadir F.A
SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Hadir received a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Alexandra University in 2004 and Diploma in Concrete in 2010.
She joined the firm as Structural Engineer in 2014.
She has a broad experience in the construction and design industry in full range of Structural Analysis and Design of conventional reinforced concrete and post-tension cast in situ concrete structures, steel structures, and reinforced concrete masonry.
She is a G+12 qualified Structural engineer in Dubai Municipality, and Grey and Green code qualified engineer in Trakhees.
Engr. Adeeb A.
CIVIL AND SITE INSPECTION ENGINEER
Adeeb received a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in 2013.
He joined the firm as Civil Engineer in 2015.
He is a proven civil engineering professional with strong technical and organizational skills , managing projects and knowledgeable with residential building codes. Notable projects include on-site structural inspection of residential and commercial buildings up to Gr+5+Roof.
He is a G+4 qualified Structural engineer in Dubai Municipality, and Orange code qualified engineer in Trakhees.
Engr. Orwa A.
CIVIL AND SITE INSPECTION ENGINEER
Orwa received a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology in 2015.
He joined the firm as Civil Engineer in 2021.
He utilizes the theoretical skills, sense of responsibility, efficiency to help the organization grow and successfully sees projects through from initial planning stages to completion. He performs all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications.
Engr. Jayson D.
SENIOR ARCHITECT
Jayson received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Technological Institute of the Philippines in 2005. He also holds a Certificate in AutoCad with Color rendering Level 1 & 2 in 2006.
He joined the firm as Junior Architect in 2006.
His experience in Architecture and Building Design includes design –development, proficiency in space planning, knowledge in manual and computer aided design, 3ds max and Adobe Photoshop. He has also experience in construction site supervision and can handle research and clerical works.
Now, having more than 12 years of experience, he supervise the technical team in preparing all working drawings, architectural and services for submission to relevant authorities.

Dave received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Sto Tomas, Philippines in 2014.
He joined the firm as Junior Architect in 2017.
He is a passionate architect with focus on creating best space for clients and pursue order and emphasis in doing design works, focusing in direct specific details and conforming everything. He has eagerness to learn and develop his skills to know different architectural and interior philosophies and technical details from sustainable to economical solutions. He undertakes the responsibility in preparing architectural drawings from preliminary to final for submission to relevant authorities.

Mohamed received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Engineering from Israa Private University in 2017.
He joined the firm as Building Architect in 2022.
With 6 years of experience, he offers a unique blend of talents ranging from architectural design urban design, interior design, visualization and animation. He leads projects from the conceptual stage to development until the production of the final construction drawings and develops customized design solutions.
